How
Core Principles of Practice
Breath(Soom) is the Root.
Insight is the Eye.
Do(道) Learning is the Path.
We resolve the difficulties of knowledge through the philosophy of individual-whole unity, human-centered principles, and the law of unified harmony.
We resolve the difficulties of action through the practices of:
Right Mind (Jeongshim 正心), Right Vision (Jeongsi 正視), Right Awakening (Jeonggak 正覺), Right Path (Jeongdo 正道), Right Action (Jeonghaeng 正行).
Through this, the five movements and six energies(O-un Yuk-ki, 五運六氣) of the cosmic nature manifest within human consciousness as the five virtues and six ethical relations(O-do-deok, 五道德), enabling us to cultivate inner strength(Sim-nyeok 心力) and moral power(Deok-nyeok 德力).
