Quantum Human- Awakening the Breath of Future Humanity
FOUNDING STATEMENT
Humanity across the globe now lives in an era where diverse religions, philosophies, and ideologies collide, with conflicts taking root throughout society. The values and governance directions of nations, along with the customs and cultures accumulated by peoples and their histories, clash with one another, driving modern society toward increasingly unstable and unpredictable directions.
Just as there is one sun in the sky, truth should also be one wherever we are on Earth. Yet reality shows different ideologies and values colliding, civilization's tower precariously swaying as if built upon unstable foundations.
Now humanity passes through the peak of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, heading toward an era of hyper-connectivity, super-intelligence, and ultra-convergence. At the end of this path awaits the epochal question of "the turning point of human development." No matter how advanced technology becomes, sustainable development cannot be achieved without recovering human nature, senses, intuition, and the deep sources of humanity. Ultimately, we will face an era where we must learn, develop, and cultivate the 'human being' itself anew.
Therefore, School of Soom seeks to reinterpret in contemporary terms the traditional Do-Beop(道法) that has been transmitted as the archetype of Northeast Asian spiritual culture—a practice of harmonious coexistence between the great universe and humanity dating back approximately 9,800 years—presenting it as a path of human development that all humanity can share.
This Do-Beop(道法)realizes the unity of heavenly way(天道), earthly way(地道), and human way(人道), offering a universal path of practice that anyone can follow regardless of religious, ideological, or cultural boundaries.
Through breath—the fundamental act of existence—humans can cultivate their body, mind, and spirit in an integrated manner. This cultivation develops into life attitudes of Right Mind, Right Vision, Right Awakening, Right Path, and Right Action, fostering the five virtues and six ethical relations based on the natural laws of the five movements and six energies. As a result, individuals can walk the true path of life in harmonious relationship with themselves, others, society, nature, and the universe.
Now, we seek to respond to the questions of our time.
To practice the inner-centered human development education that humanity urgently requests, to cultivate the leadership our era demands, and to transmit that spirit and principle to every corner of the global village—this is the very reason for School of Soom's existence and the new educational path we must open together.
